Acumens Starter-Pack for Armada EQM Rental add-on for Microsoft Business Central and EQM 365 Rental that offers enhancements and tools designed to improve compliance, and simplify Rental, Sales, Service and Asset Management processes.

The features included in this app are as below:

  1. Sales Tax for EQM Rental: This an advanced EQM feature for Sales Tax calculation based on Tax Group, Tax Area, Tax Jurisdiction and Tax Details Setup on the rental contract. The app introduces Sales Tax on Items and Objects and the Sales Tax calculated will be reflected in the printed contracts.
  2. Contract Locking: This is a feature that provides an option to lock rental documents from editing ensuring exclusive access to a contract to one user at a time. This prevents data inconsistencies caused by multiple users editing one document at the same time. This is useful in an environment with many users processing rental contracts.
  3. Enhanced Reporting: The system extends the reporting functionality providing more flexible report layout options for rental documents. Adding Item Category and Product Group Codes to EQM Object Types and Objects allow more possibilities in report grouping and presentation.
  4. Table Lock analysis: This tool complements the standard Database Locks by maintaining a log of changes that caused a table lock after the table is unlocked. It can be per user or per user per record.
  5. Change Log Lookup and analysis: This feature complements the standard Business Central change log feature by introducing a comprehensive analysis on changelog per record. This tool adds a view of Change Log entries from the Master Records and Transactional Documents.
  6. It also introduces Table Locking analysis which provides an analysis of the time spent by users on a record during a change. Analysis is done for a specific table selected by user for a selected date and can be analysed per user or per record.
